#Motivation : Take the Risk
Success is not earned over night. Success is a long arduous process that is achieved in time. Successful people risk whatever they have just to do something they believe in. When that opportunity comes your way..will you?

#MOTIVATION - "Never Give Up , Reach For Your Dreams"
"Don't ever let someone tell you, you can't do something. Not even me. You got a dream, you gotta protect it. People can't do something themselves, they wanna tell you that you can't do it. You want something? Go get it. Period. " This kids gonna be the best kid in the world. This kids gonna be somebody better than anybody I ever knew. All you chumps are gonna bow when I whoop him, all of you, I know you got him, I know youve got him picked, but the mans in trouble, Ima show you how great I am. But somewhere along the line you changed, you stopped being you. You let people stick a finger in your face and tell you youre no good, and when things got hard, you started looking for something to blame, like a big shadow. Let me tell you something you already know, the world aint all sunshine and rainbows, its a very mean and nasty place and I dont care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody, is gonna hit as hard as life; but it aint about how hard you hit, its about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, how much you can take and keep moving forward. Thats how winning is done. Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
Spider-Man 2: "There's A Hero In All Of Us"
"We need a hero, couragous sacrificing people, setting examples for all of us. Everybody loves a hero, people line up for 'em, cheer for them, scream their names, and years later tell how they stood in the rain for hours just to get a glimpse of the one who told them to HOLD ON a second longer. I believe there's a hero in all of us, that keeps us honest, gives us strength, makes us noble. And finally allows us to die with pride. Even though sometimes we have to be steady and give up the thing we want the most, even our dreams." -Spiderman 2

#inspiration : 7 Famous Failures That Will Inspire You
According to Walt Disney, “You may not realize it when it happens, but a kick in the teeth may be the best thing in the world for you.”
If you’ve ever failed (or you feel like you’re failing right now), it means you’re in good company… and it’s something that you should actually be thankful for. Most, if not all, successful people have failed (often many times), before they reached their dreams. So don’t think you’re going to be any different.
All of us fail. It’s perfectly normal and it teaches us what NOT to do. Sometimes, failure is the only way to get to the next great idea. So don’t judge failure by its cover, and remember the words of Napoleon Hill (author of Think and Grow Rich) who said: “Opportunity often comes in disguised in the form of misfortune, or temporary defeat.”
Start planning for failure as much as you prepare for success. Be more fearless, realistic, and resilient. Stop thinking about short-term failures and stay focused on the long-term journey of success. In other words, think like Donald Trump who says: “I refused to give in to the negative circumstances and I never lost faith in myself. Defeat is not in my vocabulary.”
Don’t think that something is wrong with you or take things personal when you have challenges. Keep taking forward action no matter what is going on. Keep creating your big vision, the business, and the lifestyle that you’re dreaming of. Be bolder and more daring, like Winston Churchill who said: ”Refuse to give up or give in.”
Maybe the biggest lesson that we all need to learn on this topic is that failure is not the opposite of success; it is part of success. As Michael Jordan says: “I’ve failed over and over again… that is why I succeeded.”
You will get where you want to go… if you learn how to deal with failure as well as you already know how to deal with success. Here are seven famous failures to inspire you on your journey:
Sir Richard Branson - Did you know that he’s lost more on failed ventures than most people earn in their entire lives (yet he is still one of the richest people on earth). In his own words: ”You fail if you don’t try. If you try and you fail, yes, you’ll have a few articles saying you’ve failed at something. But if you look at the history of American entrepreneurs, one thing I do know about them: An awful lot of them have tried and failed in the past and gone on to great things.”
Mary Kay Ash - Did you know that the founder of Mary Kay Cosmetics (with more than 1.7 million consultants worldwide and more than 2.2 billion in sales each year) was forced to give up on her dream of going to college, for financial reasons? In her own words: “Every failure, obstacle or hardship is an opportunity in disguise. Success in many cases is’ failure turned inside out.”
Winston Churchill – Did you know that he failed 6th grade and then lost every election of public office, until he won and became the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom during the Second World War? In his own words: “Never give in, never give in, never; never; never; never – in nothing, great or small, large or petty – never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense”
Donald Trump - Did you know that he was $1 billion in debt at one point in the early 1990’s, and that The Guinness Book of Records lists him as having the biggest financial turnaround in history? In his own words: “I refused to give in to the negative circumstances and I never lost faith in myself. Defeat is not in my vocabulary.”
Michael Jordan - Did you know that this former professional basketball player, known around the world as they undisputed greatest basketball player of all time was cut from his high school basketball team? In his own words: “I’ve failed over and over again in life. That is why I succeeded.”
J.K. Rowling – Did you know that this author of the Harry Potter phenomenon (which has sold more than 400 million copies), was rejected by twelve publishers? In her own words: “So why do I talk about the benefits of failure? Simply because failure meant a stripping away of the inessential. You might never fail on the scale I did, but some failure in life is inevitable.”
Walt Disney - Did you know that this founder of Walt Disney Productions (with current annual revenues of approximately $35 billion) was once fired by a newspaper editor because, “he lacked imagination and had no good ideas”? In his own words: “All the adversity I’ve had in my life, all my troubles and obstacles, have strengthened me… You may not realize it when it happens, but a kick in the teeth may be the best thing in the world for you.”

This is why I stay up late while other people are sleeping; this is why I don’t go out to the Hamptons.”

Will Smith
“when you are running, there is a little voice in your head that tells you that you should quit. It says you’re too tired, your legs hurt, your lungs hurt. If you can learn how to defeat that little voice in your head, then you can learn how to not quit when things get hard in your life.”
“I’ve never really viewed myself as particularly talented, where I excel is ridiculous, sickening work ethic. While the other guy is sleeping, I’m working. While the other guy is eating, I’m working.”
“The first step before anyone else in the world believes it is that YOU have to believe it.”
“I’m not afraid to die on a treadmill. I will not be outworked. You may be more talented than me. You might be smarter than me. And you may be better looking than me. But if we get on a treadmill together, you are going to get off first or I’m going to die. It’s really that simple. I’m not going to be outworked.”
Tupac
“Reality is wrong. Dreams are for real.”
“A coward dies a thousand deaths….a soldier dies once.”
“You can spend minutes, hours, days, weeks, or even months over-analyzing a situation; trying to put the pieces together, justifying what could’ve, would’ve happened… or you can just leave the pieces on the floor and move the f*** on.”
Jay Z
“Don’t make decisions based on the fear.”
50 Cent
“I never allowed my fear to limit me.”
Lil Wayne
The only thing on a mind of a shark, is eat.”
Pharrell's Words Of Wisdom
My biggest thing now -my biggest campaign now is that I gotta show these kids that they can do it too. It’s real though and I really mean this for my fans man.
“Should i mention the fact the transition is the track
No one change into the vision just to get me where I’m at.“
That means I didn’t compromise, I stayed me for you.
I stayed me for you, you know what I’m saying? Because I want kids to know that it don’t matter, you can do whatever it is you want to do.
-You want to make beats just work at it
-You want to rap just work at it
-You want to play keys just work at it
-You want to sing work at it
You want to flip burgers, You want to be a computer tech, You want to be a pastor, You want to be a teacher, You want to be an evangelist, You want to be an astronaut, You want to work at BBC radio, You want to intern for Tim Westwood…
And I’m so happy, you know what i’m saying…I’m supposed to act like i’m super cool but i’m happy man.
I’m happy, i’m doing this for all the kids that didn’t think that it could happen but it can happen.
“Wealth is of the heart and the mind, not of the pocket”
-and i say that because everyone that’s a billionaire made it by either:
1. By The means of their thoughts
2. Their heir of a rich family
but to which point, somebody has thought of something. Right? And it manifests itself into a business to where they can make some money.
But I don’t think you should need money to validate your wealth on the inside as long as you’re smart and you’re educated you have the same ability to be a billionaire, trillionaire, anything else
-you don’t need money to validate that. All you need is wealth of intelligence, that’s all i’m saying.
Les Brown: "Don’t Hang Around Losers"
They say “Birds of a feather flock together” (you run around with losers, you will end up a loser -UNCONSCIOUSLY you’ll pick up their wage you’ll pick up their habits you’ll pick up most importantly their attitude about life. If you are around cynical-negative people all the time, you will become cynical and negative.
Will Smith's Wisdom
Confucius said that “He who says he can and he who says he can’t are both usually right”. Being realistic is the most commonly traveled road to mediocrity. Why would you be realistic? What’s the point of being realistic?
It’s unrealistic to walk in a room and flip a switch and lights come on. That’s unrealistic, fortunately Edison didn’t think so. It’s unrealistic to think that you’re gonna bend a piece of metal and fly people over the ocean in that metal –that’s unrealistic. But fortunately, the Wright brothers and others didn’t believe that and it just seems like such a ridiculous idea to me to embrace the idea that “It’s not gonna happen” or “That’s not real for that to happen” as soon as you say it, now you just made that real.
Will Smith’s Words of Wisdom Final Thoughts
Where I excel is ridiculous, sickening work ethic. While the other guy’s sleeping, I’m working, while the other guy’s eating, I’m working.
The Power of one
One song can spark a moment
One flower can wake the dream
One tree can start a forest
One bird can herald spring
One smile begins a friendship
One handclasp lifts a soul
One star can guide a ship at sea
One word can frame the goal
One vote can change a nation
One sunbeam lights a room
One candle wipes out darkness
One laugh will conquer bloom
One step must start each journey
One word must start a prayer
One hope will raise our spirits
One touch can show you care
One voice can speak with wisdom
One heart can know what's true
One life can make a difference

Ten Rules for Being Human
1. You will receive a body. You may like it or hate it, but it’s yours to keep for the entire period.
2. You will learn lessons. You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called, “life.”
3. There are no mistakes, only lessons. Growth is a process of trial, error, and experimentation. The “failed” experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiments that ultimately “work.”
4. Lessons are repeated until they are learned. A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it. When you have learned it, you can go on to the next lesson.
5. Learning lessons does not end. There’s no part of life that doesn’t contain its lessons. If you’re alive, that means there are still lessons to be learned.
6. “There” is no better a place than “here.” When your “there” has become a “here”, you will simply obtain another “there” that will again look better than “here.”
7. Other people are merely mirrors of you. You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects to you something you love or hate about yourself.
8. What you make of your life is up to you. You have all the tools and resources you need. What you do with them is up to you. The choice is yours.
9. Your answers lie within you. The answers to life’s questions lie within you. All you need to do is look, listen, and trust.
10. You will forget all this.
21 Truths to Living the Life Your Want
1. Understand that sustained happiness rarely comes from outside circumstances. Your wealth, beauty, power, or acquisitions have far less to do with happiness than your appreciation for what you have this very moment and your loving relationships with others.
2. You can live your life by design, but you must acknowledge your power in that, plan for it, and take the necessary actions.
3. You can’t have it all, but you can have enough to be very happy. Prioritize and focus on the top 3 or 4 most important areas of your life.
4. Stop focusing on what you don’t have or don’t like. Focus on what you do have and do like, and create a plan for what you think you can improve and change.
5. Abandon perfectionism. It is a useless pursuit with no end. It creates stress and unhappiness. Learn to find the balance point between good enough and peaceful living.
6. Put your own deepest needs first. If you are living for others before yourself and pushing your own needs aside, eventually you will crumble in some way — through depression, anger, anxiety or destructive behaviors.
7. Your choices may disappoint or offend others. That is sometimes necessary in order to grow and live authentically. Those who love you and want the best for you will accept and support you.
8. Count your blessings. You probably already have many of the things you want for your life. Don’t take them for granted.
9. Address personal issues head-on. Don’t use these as an excuse for not having what you want in life. If you have a wound, a personality or relationship problem, or an anxiety, go to a counselor and work on it. Resolve it. Weak people don’t go to counselors, but strong forward-moving people do.
10. Pick one small problem or irritation and resolve it. Feel how much personal power and energy that gives you. Imagine how it would feel to resolve one of your bigger problems or concerns.
11. Consider disengaging from people who bring you down or drain your energy. Build relationships with people who are positive, action-oriented, and supportive.
12. Pick the one change that would make the biggest positive difference in your life. Begin visualizing your life with this change implemented. Practice this regularly throughout the day.
13. Take this one step further and begin writing some specific action steps that might help make this change happen.
14. Strengthen your strengths. Make yourself indispensable in your area(s) of interest and expertise.
15. Always leave time for fun. Make fun happen in your life.
16. Don’t neglect your relationships. Don’t take them for granted. Find out what makes your loved ones happy, and do that for them.
17. Learn to let it go. Worry is the most fruitless expenditure of energy on the planet. Very little is worth worrying about. If you must do something, take action instead.
18. Don’t assume that you can’t do something. Prove that you can’t, and if so, try something else.
19. More often than not, your fear is the culprit for inaction. More often than not, your fears are unfounded or at least out of proportion. More often than not, your fear will go away once you take action.
20. Focus on the task at hand. When you feel overwhelmed and pulled in many directions, just pick an important thing and do it without distraction. Then do another one.
21. Life is short. You have a limited number of days on this Earth. There isn’t time to waste your days in worry, anger or frustration. Make the most of this moment and the next and the next and the next . . .
If you want to have a wonderful life, spend your days in positive, forward-moving action and thought. Dismiss your longings for what you don’t have. Enjoy the actions as much or more than the outcomes.
The real secret to having the life you want is learning to love the life that you have.
Taylor Swift on being "Fearless"
"To me, “FEARLESS” is not the absence of fear. It’s not being completely unafraid.
To me, FEARLESS is having fears.
FEARLESS is having doubts. Lots of them.
To me, FEARLESS is living in spite of those things that scare you to death.
FEARLESS is falling madly in love again, even though you’ve been hurt before.
FEARLESS is walking into your freshmen year of high school at fifteen.
FEARLESS is getting back up and fighting for what you want over and over again… even though every time you’ve tried before, you’ve lost.
It’s FEARLESS to have faith that someday things will change.
FEARLESS is having the courage to say goodbye to someone who only hurts you, even if you can’t breathe without them.
I think it’s FEARLESS to fall for your best friend, even though he’s in love with someone else. And when someone apologizes to you enough times for things they’ll never stop doing, I think it’s FEARLESS to stop believing them.
It’s FEARLESS to say “you’re NOT sorry”, and walk away.
I think loving someone despite what people think is FEARLESS.
I think allowing yourself to cry on the bathroom floor is FEARLESS.
Letting go is FEARLESS. Then, moving on and being alright…That’s FEARLESS too.
But no matter what love throws at you, you have to believe in it. You have to believe in love stories and prince charmings and happily ever after. That’s why I write these songs. Because I think love is FEARLESS."
~ Taylor Swift

26 Words of #Wisdom
1. Expect to Succeed
Rich people expect to succeed. They have confidence in their abilities and their creativity, and they believe that they can always find a way to reach their goal.
2. Be Willing To Do What's Hard
If you're only willing to do what's easy, life will be hard. But if you're willing to do what's hard, life will be easy.
3. Manage and Train Your Mind
You have the natural ability to install self-empowering thoughts in your mind at any time, simply by choosing to focus on them. Yes, you do have the power to control your mind.
4. Appreciate What You Have
Focus on what you're grateful for in your life. If you don't appreciate what you have, you won't get any more... because the universe thinks it's not important to you, and therefore you don't need any more.
5. Focus On Your Net Worth
The true measure of wealthy is net worth, not working income. To build net worth, you need to increase your income, your savings, and your investment returns... and decrease your cost of living by simplifying your lifestyle.
6. Get Clear On What You Want
The number one reason most people don't get what they want is that they don't know what they want. Clarity is power. Rich people don't send mixed messages to the universe; poor people do.
7. Focus On Opportunities
Rich people see opportunities; poor people see obstacles. Rich people see potential growth; poor people see potential loss. Rich people focus on rewards; the poor focus on risks.
8. Work On You
You are the root of your financial success or failure. If you work on the roots, the "fruits" will take care of themselves.
9. Be Accountable For Everything In Your Life
Rich people believe that they create their lives. Poor people believe that life happens to them. If you want to be wealthy, you must believe that you're the one causing your success, mediocrity, or struggle.
10. Become A Great Learner
Rich people constantly learn and grow. Poor people think that they already know. Every master was once a disaster... you can learn to be great at anything.
11. Forget "Comfortable" Go For "Rich"
If your goal is to be comfortable, chances are you'll never get rich. But if your goal is to be rich, chances are you'll end up mighty comfortable.
12. Focus on Contribution
Your life isn't just about you. If you want to be rich in the truest sense of the word, you must contribute to other people's lives.
13. Promote Yourself
Rich people are willing to promote themselves and their value. Poor people think negatively about selling and promotion. Resenting promotion is one of the greatest obstacles to success.
14. Increase Your Value
You'll be paid in direct proportion to the value you deliver to the marketplace. If you're not earning a lot of money right now, it's because you're not delivering a lot of value.
15. Focus on Growing Your Money
If you want to get rich, focus on making, keeping, and investing your money. If you want to be poor, focus on spending your money.
16. Develop The Characteristics of Success
To get rich and stay rich, develop the following characteristics: a positive attitude, integrity, trustworthiness, courage, persistence, a hardworking mentality, high energy... and be an expert in at least one area.
17. Admire Rich And Successful People
Rich people admire other successful people; poor people resent them. If you view wealthy people as bad in any way, you can never be rich, because how can you be something you don't like?
18. Play The Money Game To Win
Rich people play the money game to win. Their goal is to create massive wealth and abundance. Poor people play the money game to not lose. Their goal is survival and security.
19. Embrace Responsibility
Most people run from responsibility-- that's why they're broke. Rich people are willing to take on big responsibilities-- that's why they're rich.
20. Get Paid For Results, Not Time
Wealth Rule #1: No Limits on Your Income. Rich people choose to get paid based on results; poor people choose to get paid based on time, which is limited. Rich people believe in their value and their ability to deliver it; poor people live in fear and need "guarantees."
21. Think Long-Term
Rich people think long-term: They balance their spending on enjoyment today with saving and investing for freedom tomorrow. Poor people think short-term: They live based on immediate gratification.
22. Associate With Successful People
Birds of a feather flock together. The rich associate with successful people; the poor often associate with unsuccessful people. Energy is contagious. If you want to fly with the eagles, you'll have to stop swimming with the ducks.
23. Use Power Thinking
With positive thinking, we believe that our thoughts are true. Power thinking recognizes that nothing has meaning except for the meaning we give it. And since we're making up a story anyway, we might as well make up one that supports us.
24. Be The Best At What You Do
To get paid the best, you must be the best. Rich people are experts in their field, middle-class people are mediocre in their field, and poor people are poor in their field.
25. Don't Listen To Broke People
Rich people take advice from people who are richer than they are. Poor people take advice from their friends, who are just as broke as they are.
26. Own Your Own Business
Start a business full or part-time, work on commission, get a percentage of revenue or company profits, or get stock options. The vast majority of millionaires became rich by being in their own business.
The Difference Between Winners And Losers
We all want to be winners. We all want to succeed. So why then do so many of us struggle indefinitely and come up short? It has something to do with how we think, what we focus on, and how we live each moment.
Here are a few ideas on why winners win and losers lose.
* Losers fail once and quit. Winners fail a thousand times and eventually succeed.
* Losers look for success at the finish line. Winners experience success along the way.
* Losers work to make money. Winners work to make a difference.
* Losers buy things. Winners build things.
* Losers see things they don’t understand and get discouraged. Winners see things they don’t understand and get curious.
* Losers talk. Winners communicate.
* Losers attempt to conquer the world in one shot. Winners add up all their small victories.
* Losers expect certain outcomes. Winners prepare themselves for the unexpected.
* Losers seek respect. Winners earn respect.
* Losers stare at the problem. Winners look around for the solution.
* Losers review options. Winners act on decisions.
* Losers are paid for their time. Winners are paid for their results.
* Losers let things happen. Winners make things happen.
* Losers want to get ahead of others. Winners help others get ahead too.
* Losers hangout with losers. Winners hangout with winners who are more successful than they are.
* Losers follow other people’s definitions of success. Winners define their own success.
* Losers escape fears. Winners face fears.
* Losers waste their free time (watching TV). Winners use their free time (learning or experiencing something new).
* Losers see the unknown as a risk. Winners see constant familiarity as a risk.
* Losers live in the past. Winners live life now based on lessons learned in the past.
* Losers label themselves as experts. Winners know there is still much to learn.
* Losers over-sell. Winners over-deliver.
* Losers frown. Winners smile.
* Losers think winners are lucky. Winners realize the harder they work the luckier they are.
10 Lies You Will Hear Before You Pursue Your Dreams
Here are 10 ill-advised tips (lies) people will likely tell you when you decide to pursue your dreams, and why they are dreadfully mistaken.
1. You can follow your dreams someday, but right now you need to buckle down and be responsible. – Someday? When is ‘someday?’ Someday is not a day at all. It’s a foggy generalization of a time that will likely never come. Today is the only day guaranteed to you. Today is the only day you can begin to make a difference in your life. And pursuing your dreams is what life is all about. So don’t be irresponsible. Don’t wait until ‘someday.’ Make today the first day of the rest of your new life.
2. You’re totally screwed if it doesn’t work out. – Wrong! This is a giant, lame load of BS. You’re not even close to being screwed. In fact, the worst case scenario is that things don’t work out and you have to go back to doing exactly what you are doing right now.
3. It’s safer to stay at your day job. – Sure, I suppose. But you know what’s even safer than that? Going home, locking yourself in your bedroom, and never, ever coming out. And just like that you will have flushed your entire life and your dreams down the toilet. Remember, safer doesn’t always mean better.
4. That’s impossible! – It’s only impossible if you never do anything about it. The reason certain things seem impossible is simply because nobody has achieved them yet. But this doesn’t mean that with your help these things won’t become possible in the future. If you truly dedicate yourself to an end result, almost anything is possible. You just have to want it bad enough.
5. Only a lucky few “make it.” – That’s because those lucky few got off their rear ends and did something about it! They had the drive, determination, and willpower that you have right now. You can be one of them. It’s up to you, and only you.
6. You might fail. And failing is bad. – Failures are simply stepping stones to success. No matter how it turns out, it always ends up just the way it should be. Either you succeed or you learn something. Win-Win. The biggest mistake you can make is doing nothing because you’re too scared to make a mistake. If you can’t handle failure, then you can’t handle success either.
7. You don’t have access to the right resources. – It’s not about having the right resources; it’s about exploiting the resources you do have access to. Stevie Wonder couldn’t see, so he exploited his sense of hearing into a passion for music, and he now has 25 Grammy Awards to prove it. Get it?
8. You need more money saved before you can take the first step. – You don’t need more money. You need a plan. You need a budget. Eliminate ALL the nonessential costs in your life. If pursuing your dream requires you to leave your day job, figure out the absolute minimum amount of income that you require to realistically live. Studying those who have succeeded with similar ventures also helps. But above all, take baby steps. Don’t be foolish and assume that you must have a certain amount of money saved right now, or that you must quit your day job today in order to pursue your dreams. Instead, ask yourself, “What actions can I take right now with the money and resources I have right now that will bring me closer to desired goal?”
9. You don’t need any help. It’s smarter to go after it alone. – You are the sum of the people you spend the most time with. If you hang with the wrong people, they will negatively affect you. But if you hang with the right people, you will be far more capable and powerful than you ever could have been alone. Find your tribe and work together to make a difference in all of your lives.
10. That sounds like a lot of hard work. – You’re darn right it does! But that doesn’t mean it’s not worth it. I think success in life hinges on one key point: Finding hard work you love doing. As long as you remain true to yourself and follow your own interests, values and dreams, you can find success through passion. Perhaps most importantly, you won’t wake up a few years from now working in a career field you despise, wondering “How the heck am I going to do this for the next 30 years?” So if you catch yourself working hard and loving every minute of it, don’t stop. You’re on to something big. Because hard work ain’t hard when you concentrate on your passions and dreams.
Disregard these misguided bits of nonsense and you’ll be well on your way to fulfilling your dreams.

Naeem's Word for the day
There is one thing that all dreamers have to face, and that is haters. You could call them critics, negative people, in-laws, or whatever else you want. The point is that when you have a dream, you're going to likely have to deal with resistance from others. The bigger and more public your dreams are, the more haters you're likely to have but don't let them hold you back or keep you down. Your dreams were meant for YOU to turn into a reality, not them. A lot of haters are just people who have already given up on their dreams and so they put others down just so they don't feel as bad.
If anything, when the day that you achieve your dreams come, it'll just feel that much greater knowing that you were able to prove your haters wrong. More importantly though, your accomplishment will inspire and give hope to other dreamers who are currently dealing with their own haters.

10 TIPS TO OVERCOME NEGATIVE THOUGHTS:
[[posterous-content:pid___0]]
Here are 10 things I did to help overcome my negative thoughts that you can also try:
1. Meditate or do yoga.
One of the first things I did was head to a yoga class. It took my focus away from my thoughts and brought my attention to my breath. Yoga is also very relaxing which helped ease my mind. Yoga helped me stay present to my experience so instead of jumping to what could happen, it brought me back to the now—the only moment, the most important moment.
2. Smile.
I didn’t do much of this during the weekend so I literally had to bring myself in front of a mirror and force myself to smile. It really does help change your mood and relieve stress. I also felt lighter because it takes fewer muscles to smile than to frown.
3. Surround yourself with positive people.
I called a friend who I knew could give me constructive, yet loving feedback. When you’re stuck in a negative spiral, talk to people who can put things into perspective and won’t feed your negative thinking.
4. Change the tone of your thoughts from negative to positive.
For example, instead of thinking We are going to have a hard time adjusting to our living situation, replace that with We will face some challenges in our living situation, but we will come up with solutions that we will both be happy with.
5. Don’t play the victim. You create your life—take responsibility.
The way I was thinking and acting, you would think I was stuck. Even if our living situation becomes unbearable, there is always a way out. I will always have the choice to make change happen, if need be.
6. Help someone.
Take the focus away from you and do something nice for another person. I decided to make a tray of food and donate it to the Salvation Army. It took my mind off of things and I felt better for helping someone else.
7. Remember that no one is perfect and let yourself move forward.
It’s easy to dwell on your mistakes. I felt terrible that I acted this way and that I wasted our weekend. The only thing I can do now is learn from my mistakes and move forward. I definitely don’t want to have a weekend like that again.
8. Sing.
I don’t remember lyrics very well and it’s probably the reason that I don’t enjoy singing, but every time I do sing I always feel better . When we sing, we show our feelings and this provides an amazing stress relief.
9. List five things that you are grateful for right now.
Being grateful helps appreciate what you already have. Here’s my list: My cats, health, a six-week trip to Asia, a new yoga class that I’ll be teaching, and for my mom’s biopsy coming out clean.
10. Read positive quotes.
I like to place Post-It notes with positive quotes on my computer, fridge door and mirror as reminders to stay positive. Also, I’d like to share with you a quote by an unknown author that was shared in a meditation class that I attended:
Watch your thoughts, they become words.
Watch your words, they become actions.
Watch your actions, they become habits.
Watch your habits, they become your character.
Watch your character, it becomes your destiny.
Happy positive thinking!
#Inspirational : 22 reasons to never give up!
There is a Way! (www.getoutthebox.org) from Naeem Callaway on Vimeo.
At some point in the various journeys we embark on in our lives, we get to a part where we feel like giving up. Sometimes we give up before we even start and other times we give up just before we are about to make that huge break-through that we have been putting so much effort in to achieve.
I have created this list of 22 reasons why you should never give up and I hope that you will find it before you give up, so that I can inspire you to keep going!
1- As Long As You Are Alive Anything Is Possible
The only valid excuse you have to give up is if you are dead. As long as you are alive (and healthy and free) you have the choice to keep trying until you finally succeed.
2- Be Realistic
The chance of mastering something the first time you do it is almost non-existent. Everything takes time to learn and you will make mistakes. Learn from them.
3- Michael Jordan
Arguably the best basketball player of all time. He attributes his success to all his failures. He just never gave up even when he knew he had missed over 300 shots and had missed the winning shot of the game many times. Every time he got knocked down he got back up again.
4- Lance Armstrong
Lance was diagnosed with serious cancer that had spread throughout his entire body. He had cancer cells the size of golf balls in his lungs. Despite all odds he overcame the cancer and set out to win the Tour de France 6 Consecutive years in a row.
5- Muhammad Ali
“Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee”. Muhammad Ali is one of the best boxers the world has ever known. He suffered only 5 losses while having 56 wins and was the first boxer to win the lineal heavyweight championship three times. This is a guy who literally knows how to get knocked down and get back up.
6- The Man Who Created The Marathon
Very long ago an Athenian herald was sent to Sparta to get help when the Persians landed in Greece. It was said that he ran 240km in 2 days and after that he ran 40km to announce the victory of the Greeks only to collapse and die on the spot from exhaustion. If you ever feel like things are difficult, imagine what it would be like to run 240km in 2 days. (Don’t try that because you might die from it, but use it as an inspiration).
7- Chris Gardner – The Pursuit of Happiness
Have you seen the movie “The Pursuit of Happiness”? It is based on the life story of Chris Gardener, a man who went for the lowest of the lows in an environment where most people would give up (no money, no job) to the highest of the highs (A millionaire with his own investment firm). If you ever think about giving up, watch this movie!
8- Kanye West
I’m pretty sure you have heard of the rapper Kanye West. Read his story. He is a big inspiration for me and proves that you can go from having very little to being among the most famous and respected people in the world.
9- Nelson Mandela
Campaigned for justice and freedom in his South Africa. Spent 20 years in jail for his opposition to apartheid. On release he healed the wounds of apartheid by his magnanimous attitude toward his former political enemies.
10- You Are Strong
You are stronger than you think. One little setback is not enough to stop you from achieving your goals. Neither are 10 or 100 or 1000 setbacks.
11- Prove Yourself
You don’t want to be known as someone that is weak and gives up. Go out there and prove yourself to the world and to yourself. You CAN and WILL achieve what you set out to do. The only time you fail is when you give up.
12- Has It Been Done Before?
If someone else can do it then so can you. Even if it is only one other person in the world that has achieved what you have set out to achieve, that should be reason enough for you to never give up.
13- Believe In Your Dreams
Don’t sell yourself short. In life there are going to be many people who will try to bring you down and tell you what you want to achieve is not possible. Don’t let anyone destroy your dreams.
14- Your Family and Friends.
Let the people you love and who mean the world to you be your inspiration to persist and persevere. Maybe you need to try a different angle, study more or practice more but don’t give up!
15- Because I Tell You To.
Not that I am any sort of guru or Godly figure, but if you want to give up then don’t. Just because I’m telling you not to.
16- There Are People Worse-Off
Right now there are many people who are in a worse situation and environment than you are right now. Are you thinking about giving up running 5 miles a week? Think about the people who are unable to even walk and how much they would give to be able to run 5 miles every day.
17- Improve Our World
When you achieve whatever you set out to achieve you can use your success to make a difference to the world or other peoples lives.
18- Get Rich or Die Trying
Like Fiddy (50 cent) says, “Get rich or die trying”. 50 Cent is rich, he made it (although he did get shot 9 times). Face your fears and don’t take the easy way out by giving up.
19- Let The Haters Hate
There will always be haters. There will always be plenty of naysayers and people who try to tear you down. Don’t pay attention to them and don’t take what they say to heart. Let the haters hate and you keep believing in yourself.
20- You Deserve To Be Happy
Don’t ever let anybody tell you otherwise. You deserve to be happy and you deserve to have success. Keep that mindset and never give up until you reach your destination!
21- Inspire Others
Be an inspiration to others by refusing to give up. Who knows what someone else can achieve because you never gave up and in turn inspired them not to give up.
22- You Are So Close
Often when you feel like you want to give up and you are about to give up you are so close to making a huge break-thru. Seth Godin has written an awesome book about this called “The Dip” – a riveting read that teaches that at any given time you are always just a heartbeat away from success.
P.S. NEVER GIVE UP!
